DAY 1 - Bromo Sunrise Depart from Surabaya or Malang est. 00.30AM by private vehicle and travel through the peaceful highlands to the Bromo area. Upon arrival, switch to a private 4WD Jeep for an unforgettable adventure across the volcanic landscape. By jeep you will explore : Sunrise Point - Witness a spectacular sunrise as golden light illuminates the majestic Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park, Widodaren Valley - Explore the dramatic valley surrounded by towering volcanic cliffs and unique rock formations, Sea of Sand - Cross the vast expanse of volcanic ash, creating an otherworldly landscape unlike anywhere else, Mount Batok View - Admire the iconic perfectly shaped Mount Batok standing beside Mount Bromo, Mount Bromo Crater - Walk across the Sea of Sand and climb to the rim of the active crater for an awe-inspiring panoramic view and the unforgettable sight of steaming volcanic vents. Optional (on your own expenses) : Horse Riding After that, ± 08.00AM heading to local restaurant where you can enjoy the breakfast. After your Bromo adventure, continue to Banyuwangi (approximately 5-6 hours). Check in at hotel near Ijen. Rest early in preparation for the midnight hike. DAY 2 - Mount Ijen 00:30AM Depart from hotel to Paltuding (Ijen Base Camp). 02:00 - 04:00 Trek to Ijen Crater Begin a moderate hike through the forest to reach the famous Ijen Crater. Witness the stunning turquoise acidic crater lake, dramatic volcanic scenery, and traditional sulfur miners at work. (Blue Fire viewing is subject to park regulations and conditions.) and enjoying the sunrise. Back to hotel, breakfast at the hotel and check out. Return transfer to Surabaya/Malang, or continue to Ketapang Ferry Port/Banyuwangi Airport.
